These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, the Idle Check, and any purchase of Lower Your Idle and its Workbook. The site is operated by UNLIMITED SUCCESS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as The Hub of Wellness.
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Education Only, Not Medical Advice
The Idle Check and Lower Your Idle teach general breathing practices for everyday wellness. They are not medical care, and the Idle Check is a personal practice measure, not a medical test.
This program is for education only. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Never change, reduce or stop any medication or inhaler without your doctor. Talk to your doctor before starting if you are pregnant, or have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney disease, a bleeding or clotting disorder, a recent surgery or transplant, a current infection, or any diagnosed lung or mental health condition. Never practice breath holds in water or while driving. Don't use mouth tape at night after alcohol or sedatives, when unwell, or if you can't breathe freely through your nose. Skip nose-clearing exercises during an ear, nose or throat infection. Stop right away if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, tingly, or have chest pain or a racing heart. If symptoms get worse, stop and see a doctor. Children only with adult supervision and a doctor's OK.
2. Your Responsibility
You choose whether and how to practice. Exercises are meant to stay comfortable, and you agree to stop if anything feels wrong. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you take responsibility for your own practice.
3. Results Vary
Everyone's experience is different. We do not guarantee any specific result or score.
4. Orders and Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout and may change at any time. We may cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud.
Purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal unless we clearly tell you otherwise before you buy. Charges appear on your statement as UNLIMITED SUCCESS LLC.
5. Pre-Orders and Access
If you pre-order, your payment is taken at checkout and the course opens on the date shown on the order page. We email your login details to the address you gave at checkout on that date. If you have not received them within a day, check your spam folder and then email [email protected].
Your purchase gives you, personally, access to the online course for as long as we offer it, and the printable PDFs are yours to keep. Please don't share your login or pass the materials on.
6. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the program is not for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You don't need to explain why. A pre-order can also be refunded this way before the course opens. Once refunded, your access to the course ends.
7. Intellectual Property
The site and course content, including text, audio, images, graphics, worksheets and the The Hub of Wellness and Lower Your Idle names, are owned by or licensed to UNLIMITED SUCCESS LLC. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use our content without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Break any law
- Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the course or our systems
- Introduce viruses or harmful code
- Scrape or collect data by automated means
- Submit false or fraudulent information or orders
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The site uses third-party services (such as payment, email, course hosting and analytics providers) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimer
The site and programs are provided “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the program involved.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
