UNLIMITED SUCCESS LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates The Hub of Wellness, the Idle Check and the Lower Your Idle course. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using this website, taking the Idle Check, or placing an order, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us, such as:

  • Your first name and email address
  • Your Idle Check answers: your breath-hold time in seconds and the everyday breathing signs you tick
  • Billing details and order information when you buy
  • Your messages to us

Your Idle Check answers are self-reported and used only to personalize your result and our emails to you. They are not medical records, and we do not use them to diagnose anything.

Payment card details are entered on our checkout and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

Information collected automatically when you visit, such as:

  • IP address
  • Browser and device information
  • Pages viewed, clicks and scrolling on our pages
  • The website or ad that sent you here

This is collected through cookies, pixels, session analytics and similar tools. Your name and email are also saved in your own browser after you submit the Idle Check, so you are not asked for them again on the same device.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Show you your Idle Check result
  • Process your order and give you access to the course
  • Send order confirmations, login details and support replies
  • Send emails about breathing, the course and our other programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
  • Answer your questions and requests

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to run the site. They receive only the information they need to do their job. These include:

  • HighLevel (website, forms, course hosting, customer records and email)
  • Stripe (payments)
  • Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings that show how pages are used)
  • TikTok and other advertising platforms (measuring ads), where we use their pixels
  • Google Fonts (loading the fonts on our pages)

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your choices, understand how pages are used and measure ads. Ad pixels such as the TikTok Pixel may record that you visited a page, signed up or bought, and may receive a scrambled (hashed) version of your email so the platform can match the visit to an account. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We may share information with:

  • Professional advisers such as attorneys or accountants

If you take the Idle Check or buy from us, we may email you about your result, your order and The Hub of Wellness. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] and we will remove you.

We keep personal information as long as reasonably needed to provide the course, provide support, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete certain information
  • Opt out of certain uses of your information, including targeted advertising

There is no universal standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the site may not respond to all of them. Where the law requires it, we honor browser-based privacy signals.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.

This site and our programs are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
